We were lucky enough to have Sal and Seth over to fix our Bosch dishwasher. Initially we asked a different company to see what was wrong, once that company saw we needed a new drain pump and controller board replaced, they bailed. Sal and Seth saved the day! They were professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile by adding a high loop into our garbage disposal to prevent backflow. AND THEN they fixed the tilt that the previous appliance installers messed up. Amazing!

Top Tier gave us a fair price, prompt and professional service, and thorough explanations of the work they did to repair 4 stovetop burners and a control board on our Wolf stove.

It was nearly half the cost of another quote we got and they were transparent w the cost of labor and parts. They came once to diagnose, gave us a quote and we agreed. The first quote from the 1st company mentioned more extensive repairs and Top Tier initially thought those wouldn't be necessary. I appreciated them not trying to upsell us. When they came to make the repair and found that we DID in fact need the more extensive repair, they ordered the part, called the company daily until it was out of back order, and came back to make the repair with no extra charge for labor.

Bonus points for being masked and shoeless the whole time too. This company has integrity and we'll be calling them again.

Seth is very communicative and was able to coordinate with a group of tenants for the repair. He kept us updated on when the repair was happening and the status after completion.

We called Seth back when the tenants were having further issue with the machine. He promptly coordinated with them again and clearly explained the issue and repair.

Sal and his coworker have been at our place twice recently, once for a dishwasher and dryer, another time for a (demised) clothes washer. Both times were very good experiences, and I have no problem recommending them. Sal explained what they were doing and why, were prompt and professional and courteous, and gave good advice. The clothes washer would have been too expensive to fix, as Sal explained, so he didn't try to push it and advised us on ones he thought were reliable.

I hope we don't have any other appliance issues for a while, but when we do, we will look for Sal.

I'm a happy return customer. My fridge and washer went out at the same time and the technician who came was very professional and communicated to us exactly what needed to be repaired. He advised us that it'd be too expensive to repair the washer due to its age and repaired the fridge the same day. When my stove went out, he examined the stove and told us that we just got the spark igniter wet. He showed us how to properly clean and maintain the stove and didn't charge for the visit! Top Tier Appliance Repair is definitely our first call for repairs!

I have had few commercial experiences that were better than the interactions I had with Sal at Top Tier Appliance repair. I've never had a repair person/contractor be so communicative by texts and phone calls about arrival times and windows. They showed up performed a diagnostic and came back two days later once the part for our fridge came in. They fixed one major issue, but it turned out that there was a second issue adding to the problem from a different appliance. I called them to let them know the problem and they were here within 24 hours and fixed the second issue free of charge. Sal and his partner were curious, friendly, and professional the whole time. Also a bonus, Sal actually took the time to explain the issues, discuss the costs and see if I had any questions. I will absolutely be calling these guys again any time I have an appliance issue.
